Oooof... it's been a long week. After an awesome 4th of July weekend with friends in Wisconsin and Michigan, I returned home to a more rigorous work schedule than I was used to. Obviously, I have been a bit neglectful of the blog lately, and to be honest, I am just plain tired out and struggling a bit for some inspiration. It also doesn't help that I would sort of rather be sitting on a beach like the one pictured above instead of under the covers in my pj's working on the blog after a long day of work.
I really need to spend more time out and about in Rockford. In fact, I would love some suggestions. Any events coming up in the next couple weeks I should catch wind of?
